Alright, so Gossip Girl is a show that has some pretty awesome moments (ex. Chuck FINALLY telling Blair he loves her, etc…), but all in all, last nights episode “The Debarted” took the cake  (frosting and all). Ed Westwick fully deserves an Emmy for an incredible performance as the unforgettable, oh-so-gorgeous Chuck Bass.

So, just to recap, “The Debarted” was about Chuck dealing with the one-year anniversary of his father Bart Bass’ death. Though Chuck went a little mean at the beginning of the episode (he kicked Blair out when she wanted to help him), he fully made up for it at the end when he had a breakdown at the hospital where his father died (as that’s where Serena was staying after her accident). I was honestly going to cry (yes, even me who has no heart or soul to speak of, was sad for Chuck), but then Nate made me smile by punching the stupid Tripp van der Bilt for LEAVING SERENA ALONE IN A WRECKED CAR! He fully deserved to get owned by Nate, and now he’s stuck with his insane wife Maureen. *Cue evil laughter*

Anywho, Ed Westwick is awesome in every respect, and I probably wouldn’t watch Gossip Girl if it wasn’t for him.

P.S. Castle was also amazing (as always lol)! I don’t know how long it’s on hiatus for though :(  Does anyone know?
